im doing 3/4 of the fronts in fx2 house compound and im running 1.2 flex plates in long postion

I thought a narrow front made car turn more is only reason such a big split.

Also if i get the front to turn more will i need to soften my rear tires to keep car from spin outs in the tight turns and keep rear grip?
