I believe he means the outer diameter of the sleeve is smaller. I have two Nitrotecs and they are great and at the Fall Brawl in Myrtle Beach I couldn't believe how many I seen in open and pro class buggies. Kyle Olgden finished third running a Nitrotec behind Adam Drake and Ryan Lopez. Really good cheap motor but I think I am going to get a BTT this year just to try something different.
thought that was wasn't sure only reason i ask was i've got toro blocks doing nothing and the piston and liner are cheaper then the nova ones and thought it would be good use to put one of them
