And in general If the item is made in china it may even be the same factory that produces the same product.

looks like a clone of the Speed passion cirtix ESC:
If it is, the clone costs as much as the speed passion one. And after seeing what happened to a buddy of mines 2 Hobbyking ESCs, your better off avoiding that brand at least.
We do all of our own electronic and mechanical design. This case design---tub with the HS screwed into place---is extremely rugged and we designed a seal that makes it water resistant.
No wonder they copied it---these clone makers have no shame about knocking off American proprietary ideas. We design and mfg our products here in CA---no Chinese company is licensed to use our designs.
