First up, size is 2S lipo.
Secondly, you'd want 20C or more preferably, however both discharge and the capacity requirements depend on what you plan to do.
I.e. for bashing, get the largest capacity you can afford. For racing, capacity is less important unless you run enduro style races, so a smaller capacity can be traded off against high burst discharge rate or C rating and weight.
Note if you do plan to race the Hobbyking batteries are not roar legal yet, even though Hobbyking claim a few of them are....
