If it were my choice, the 2050 is great on bottom end and really smooth, but average mileage. 2060 gets better mileage and smoother top end. Club racing I'd take 2050 all day long.
RE12 is similar to 9901, but not truly identical. Not sure why people like 9901, my guess is it makes the engine powerband more like those 'other' engines they've had. Of course if you were budgeting, JP3 has tons of all around performance but gets a bad wrap because of the name on the pipe.
There isn't really "one" pipe per se, just a pipe that matches your driving style.
A Svede tried a 9901 on a ZX Speed this summer. He tried everything but the engine just didn't ran perfect. After he switched to 2060 the temp dropped 20º C and the engine ran perfect. 9901 dosn't work on OS engines. But on Nova Rossi based engine...
