I too have been messing with my t maxx and got tired of my nitro. Since I got my daughter a mini revo vxl I got hooked. I also like making my own thing-a-ma-jigs and did a lot of research I came up with my own low budget brushless ET-Maxx.
Hobbywing 80a esc.
Hobbyking 2200kv and robinson racing pinion total of $110
I've only played with it for like 10 min. and its pretty cool. Hard to keep the front end down. Oh I'm also running 2 2s 2200 lipo's. Oh and I'm still working on the battery hold down tray. Here are some pix of my ET-Maxx. Hope you Like.
