The Tam diff is pretty leak free, most of the issues result from stripped gears if the mesh is out, and the shims cone.
Have a look at
these tips from Jilles, and also look on youtube for his video.
For the shim issue, I've just replaced the standard shims with 1x 0.3mm thick shim, and also kept the outer diameter to the same size as the pin, to stop the outer regions coning.
