Its usually right about 8 inches. Just enough to reach comfortably. Not too much or it may snag somewhere and not to little that you need to stretch it to make it fit. Make sure that is sits right with no kinks or bends in it. Once you tune your engine dont change the length of either tubing. When you put new tubing on cut it to the same length. Length of both those lines will effect your engine tune
