I've driven both of the cars you've mentioned - the CRC is a good car on carpet, while the BMI works really well on asphalt. Many of the cars are very similar, and their subtle differences probably won't matter much until you learn more about chassis setup. That being said, go for the X10, find a good setup for it (try this link), and have some fun.
