To convert to the F104W you just need the front wishbones, part number 50503, although the carbon reinforced arms, part number 54153, are much stronger. The kingpins to match are part number 9804420.
The F104W uses specific high profile retro rubber rear tyres, if you want to run F103 wheels and tyres I would suggest fitting an F103 motor pod, part number 51243, as the axle is mounted lower to match the smaller tyre diameter.
