Hi. The difference is shock leverage. the stock one hole arms are in the center, the two hole arms have one hole inside and one hole outside of the stock one hole arms. the outside hole will be the stiffest because it will use more of the shock's travel. On the track it just drives stiffer with the outside holes (less roll). Sometimes i will run the 2hole outside arms in the front and the one hole arms in the rear, this will keep the front end up and make the car drive more responsive.
