I remember back in the day with the T4 you would buy that alloy hingepin brace for up front as the plastic one would snap and you would toast the bulkhead. Funny how that part was included (abeit not in shiny blue!) on the T3
Must haves on the Factory Team version? Really nothing. The RPM bumper is the first thing people say are necessary but not for a racer. It weighs considerably more and the only time I broke the chassis was when I hit an immovable object at about 40mph. I'd be tempted to say the ballast weight is the closest thing to a necessary upgrade.
There are a few other things but they are preference. I've put a gear diff in mine and converted to hexes.
