I hope this is the case....to me the slop/play are a bit excessive, I do have a different brand car for comparison, all the ball links have very little play and yet they are really free.

Got it sorted, change to another diff case and...

Got it sorted, change to another diff case and the problem is gone. The diff case has some deform, the top part is not flat, I can see this when I spin the case only without the gear.
