nope I'm running standard hpi ball cups. I'll try shaving it and see what happens. Worse come to worse I'll gut my rs4 pro and use the smaller diff gears.

I also have Iwata (hp-c). Have you tried removing the nozzle cap when you spray or using a crown cap? sometimes paint builds up in the nozzle and tehn reaches a point where it breaks loose and flies...
