You can either purchase ready made ones or make your own but make sure the spring has strong enough tension to pull your throttle servo...

As far as i am aware, tyres used were the Controlled Matrix tyres and they are kept in a strict area (no taking in and out of the box). From this, i would assume no tyre additives were allowed.
