If ROAR found chamfered edges on the stator of 17 different R1 motors, why did they allow them? They are not legal with the chamfered plates.

I saw a video on YouTube (I'm pretty sure it was Phil from SMC) where the same motor was tested on a motorlyzer and a gforce/skyrc checker. The readings were very different from each device.
