Jaco Blue & Gravity type C are some of the most common spec tires at large races in the US. I've also ran contact/schumacher 28 which are a bit softer but seem to wear at a similar rate.

What you're describing is more of an RTR basher type truck, unless you go with 1/8 scale or a monster truck kit, which the only decent one is tekno.

Are you running any sort of voltage regulator or just straight of the 2s rx pack? Straight 2s voltage is probably higher than those servos can handle. I'd look into a regulator or a newer HV servo.
