No. The Xfactor 25.5 is only approved with the TEP1117 rotor. If you change the rotor - the motor is no longer ROAR legal. (Not sure you'd want an RPM rotor in VTA anyway?)

The 25.5 Xfactor uses the 12.3 x 25mm silver rotor. The certified plus just means it's the top 5% stator/rotor along with aluminum screws, ceramic bearings and a special black endbell.

Do you know the difference then? That's all I can figure. Maybe someone buying the motor isn't comfortably trying to dial in the timing?

A motor that's sold for "1S" is probably more of an RPM...
