3.5 is too much. i never run that much. i run 3.0 on med to loose track and 2.75 on high bite.

we ran the 15 degree caster with the 4 degree...

we ran the 15 degree caster with the 4 degree spindles at the worlds. It gives more mid corner steering. it is also better in the bumps.

i use the stock plastic insert unless the track...

from the list you have. go with the Mito-7Off 41031 manifold and 9901. use 7mm restrictor and C5tgn plug. super easy to tune. runs great. i use Powermaster 30% nitro.
