Since there is concern that off road will go back...

Since there is concern that off road will go back outside when it warms up why not wait and see what happens before a decision is made. if the racers stay indoors then consider expanding the track....

4 degrees really isn't much. a lot of touring cars are stock with 4 degree blocks. I have heard of f1 cars being run with as much as 8. I haven't tried that much though.

Great point about the titanium screws. I had bad luck with the 3 racing screws though. The heads kept breaking off. that was a couple of years ago. maybe they fixed the problem.

What is your total weight now?

The plastic bulkheads will be lighter but not sure about durability. I didn't have mine mounted long enough to find out. 2 years on aluminium with no problems.
