Finally found a carbon fiber conversion for both the TB03 & TB03D. It's from R2 Hobbies and went together rather smoothly and the quality of the carbon fiber is pretty top notch.

If you're trying to see if another driveshaft will fit, I was able to fit the EVO IV lightweight propeller shaft in without issue. This is the same one that will also fit on the TT01 as well.
