The truck comes stock with a hrc front rear block and a lrc rear rear block. With the stock setup that gives you 4deg of anti squat with the 1up pill in the front rear block.

It depends on the track conditions and what tire it is. For indoor high bite tracks I prefer the closed cell inserts mainly because it smooths out the steering and doesnt make the car so agressive....
