A litte late... but it could be that you are having a sensor problem and the ESC are in sensorless mode. The Xerun series ESC:s do work sensorless but much worse than the Ezrun wich are sensorless...

I'm a racer and i probably wouldn't use it for my TC but soon comes summer and 2wd buggy and then it is invaluable to have the option!
