I have blue spacer and .2mm shim on top and .3mm on bottom. Ride height with 22.5mm tires is around 2-2.2mm.

Not sure on wheel offsets but don't use CA to glue the clear pieces...it will fog them up. Use ShoeGoo, it'll hold the window and accessories in place, plus it's removable if needed.
