In any case it seems to me that it is just a light updating of '15 version with minor modifications. I wouldn't advise a '15 owner to buy the '16 kit.

There is no need of a scientist to refill a car or to tighten/loose a screw. It is obvious that on "serious" races a good mechanic may give a plus, but just referred to some quick interventions...
