Or really, the front bumper needs to be raised up or removed, same for 1/10 on road cars, they have a big front overhang with their bumpers.

Turf is "designed" to hold that sand, so me thinks it will not be easy to get the tire dust out of the track. Sounds to me like the facility needs ventilation.

I saw in the comments the lanes are 2-meters wide.
