Go with a used race kit. You can find rollers for $150-200 easily and it will be so much better than any RTR. Plus you'll learn getting it up and running.

Not really. If the motors work then I understand why they are getting good ratings. However, 91.1% is a pretty low rating for an eBay seller. I would be hesitant to order from anyone below 95%.
