I thought the fuel line on the linkage was to soft so I changed it to some stiffer stuff and that did the trick.

There is a new and improved rod. The old one did not last long. I have 2 gallons through mine and changed the rod last night. The one that came in the motor was toast.

If your idle is set to low it will not let fuel in when you prime it. Try holding the throttle open a little then put your finger over the stinger.
