Yeah, it's probably just loose. Also, get a Losi thrust bearing to fit in the hub where that plastic bushing usually is on the right side (in the wheel).

I'm in Westminster too. The racing is rather split between really extreme (good) racers and slow ones, lol. It's difficult for an experienced hack to fit in, hehe.

I use a needle to take out the metal...

I use a needle to take out the metal shields/springs. Doesn't break, and it is fine enough to get under the lip of the bearing. It kinda works for rubber sealed bearings too.

The Millenium Pro has adjustable peak, just use the old NiCd mode instead of their NIMH2 thing. But I've never had a false peak with the NIMH2 mode.

For waterproofing in my rallycar, I use sandwich bags tied closed. It works well for reciever and ESC, but I also run an inner body, which helps a great deal.

I have an f2000. It's a decent ESC, but it gets really hot. The stock wires are too small (18 or 16 gauge). If you're getting it for cheap, ($45 or less) go for it, otherwise there are too many...
