you cannot change bias, there is no center dif and the transmission shaft and out drives are locked. If you removed one disc you will still get 4 wheel braking.

this is correct, only way to change ratio is to change tooth count. I have found that you can go +/- one tooth with the same diameter and not skip teeth. I used to sell over and under drive pulleys...
