With AE every gear box is very different, some guys use 2 shims some need 5+. I know I stripped a ring gear and a pinion in 1 shot. That's when I shimmed for no play but not binding w/ truggy diffs.

250-300 would be my asking price. Before they were discontinued they were selling for 400 new pretty much everywhere. With the new truck coming soon it may be a little tougher to sell.
