The more flex you have easier the car will be to drive.

I run without the layshaft screws. But you need to shim the top deck up 1mm also. This allows the layshaft mounts to move much more freely.

I asked Alexander and it was indeed to allow the lay shaft mounts to move more making it softer.
But you'll need the option centre post also.

Ill be trying that for sure as soon as I can get...

Ran mine twice this week.

Very pleased. Ticks all the boxes. Only really laid the rear shocks down fully. Got a epic set up for my orca that works a treat!
I just need to get back on the pace.

Shocks built great. Very smooth. Looking forward to running it. Waiting on my new Orca ESC to arrive then it'll be a ripper!

Don't get to hung up on the length of the shocks. Just make sure the ball is not bound up as winding the shock end in too far will bind it up. Find a good position for the shock end...
