Lower forward edge = lower anti squat = more rear on-power traction
...to a point...
If your rear ride height is too low, combined with lower anti squat can cause the rear edge of the chassis...

Not sure how far in/out the sleeve is stuck, so bear with me. Make sure everything is dirt and dust-free and the cylinder has some after run oil on it or at the very least some fuel so it is slick....
