Shrink tubing, or any metal collar with set screw will work if needed.. if bent properly though that won't even be needed.

The other little hardware bits can come from any associated sway kit.....

Good luck on that shapeways.. in my experience they make great grenades.. I have an Anders Lind laydown in my b5m and it's been bulletproof on carpet and handles great..

SC5m comes with a 4 gear standup and ball diff.. the gear diff from an SC10 or any other 4th, 5th or 6th gen (B4/t4/b5m/b6 etc) will work.. so they can be bought for around $35

Maybe throw in a front sway bar (custom) and go own the world with it..

They've both been out of production about 2 months.. you can still find some NOS JC bell cranks at some vendors, none have the rack however.. outside of integy
