Guys, its DSM2/DSMR receivers for the 6R and that does go back a pretty long ways. Worst case if you need a newer unit - SR215 is $30, you don't have to break the bank to get a new receiver.

strodedawg - for the 5B would recommend something with an antenna to get it up off that chassis of the 5th scale. SR315/515 depending on ports you need.

Going to try and answer this without being too complicated. The Original 6R drop down (silver wheel), when the screws that hold the assembly together are too tight, it can bind the A, B and D buttons...
