This area is dead for RC racing. About the only thing you'll find is on road racing at Trains N Lanes or dirt oval racing at Ultimate RC Pitstop.

The more I read about the Mega the more shortcomings it seems to have. I'm pretty set on getting the Stampede 4x4 because of the awesome parts support and aftermarket.

I think sensored is always the way to go. Monster trucks do go slow in turns and that's where sensored really helps and sensorless hurts.
