I'm going to go out on a limb and say at least 4-5 hours. I've only run 2200mah NiMh batteries and I think I get at least that, but I'm not sure because I never let them completely drain.

2) Fill diff untill the fluid reaches the shafts
3) I did use blue locktight...better safe then sorry
