I called them about racing last week and the guy...

I called them about racing last week and the guy said that he didn't have a scoring system yet. Right now the track is open for practice; $5/hr or $25/day. They have both on-road and off-road tracks...

HCRCR Contact Info

How can I get in contact with the owner of HCRCR? I'd like to setup a membership. Am I correct in assuming members are allowed access to the track for practice?
