Do you guys flush your new engines out with fuel to remove any particles from manufacturing?

One site I read recommended this and I don't really feel like doing it, since it's already put together...

The new parts would be $60 or New engine $100.
I can use the $40 saved for tires or something. Unless theres a good reason not to rebuild it?
