RC3 decoder firmware update to RC4.4

Local track has a RC3 decoder. It can be updated but the automatic update will point to RC4.5 which a no no since there are many drivers with older amb transponders and or mrts.

I run it once yesterday, it had way more rotation speed and rear was all over the place. Currently setup is a bit aggressive though and I should easy it off anyway. Will give it more thorough try...
