I know pros are running the fastrace shock caps...

I know pros are running the fastrace shock caps and webbed bladders. I have heard that some of the pros are running truggy shock shafts as well. If they are what benefit do they add?

Ya we don't oil any bearings. Once they get gritty we just toss them out. TKO just uses on the clutch bell bearings, i believe it blue seal to blue seal.

We use Avid bearings just regular 1 dollar a piece bearings.

For the clutch use TKO bearings they are about 3-3.20 a piece and well worth it!

we are not using the TLR box, but we are using the OFNA True Start Multi-starter box and we didnt have to move the pegs at all from the 4.0 to the 8x. So that might be why the plates are the same...

vented shocks you build like a bladder shock except you take the top bleeder screw completely out. According to Reno it produces a more consistent shock then just a bladder shock.

Anyone take out the stiffener on the throttle side? Will it give more flex/grip? Will the throttle servo hit the chassis.

To answer 1 down 1 down that is the same as 0 0 but with a lower arm.
