I shimmed them. Mine had about 1mm of slop.. And yes I had the plastic 1mm spacer in there too.

I'd like to see stiffer, solid suspension arms as an option. I'm not a fan of the carbon stiffeners.

I agree. I could see a RC8B3.2 in another year with some of the option parts/updated parts, but the 3.1 kit is not even 2 years old yet. They really did not even have many option parts for the 3.1...
