I think that if having too much power, like in off road, is a good thing becouse the enphasis is focalized on set up and driving skill of the driver, this is -in my point of view- better than cut off...

Here in Europe we often race outdoor on big nitro tracks, in the last 4 Euros, 3 were raced in tracks with HUGE...
