I was just looking at the new releases from tamiya and noticed the M05 bearing set comes with 12 x 1150 and 6 x 850 bearings. Does this mean they have gone back to larger bearings for the axles...

Use the HPI rims they are much stronger than any tamiya one's. Hpi also have mini sized molded inserts, but with the belted X patterns I find the foam inserts that come with them work fine.

the ta04 front oneway is great, for a ta04 or trf414m, but its no good for your colt. It would take more modifying than your colt is worth to make it fit.
