When TC's were very heavy and high cg, tamiya was 2 x 0.8 with 60wt oil. Then when lighter 3 x 1.1 40wt with standard shock. Now even lighter, lower cg, 4 x 1.1 35wt with short fat shocks :D

Bunch of stuffs have been tried and 4x1.1 is good for most scenarios. TC shocks only move 2mm, so even less of a factor compared to off-road.

On a big track you might even go with zero rear toe in. Grip will still be there. Softer diff will be your advantage over fwd.
For me my M06 gains on fwd on corner entry. Exit is same....

The M04 has motivated me again into the hobby.
M06 overweight 100grams and poor weight distribution was hopeless. Cannot fight physics :D
M08 seems nice with the easy access oil...

Hi Raman, just running the stock 20t pinion and stock tamiya internal gears, with shorty lipo. Motor is Tamiya 15T brushless with max timing. Nice to see a plastic mini beat a high end Roche :)
