All you need to do is use a Losi 8 clutchbell and it works perfectly. I use all the Mugen parts with the 8 clutchbell and it works great.

I've been running a JR9000s for the steering on my 8ight-T and it works perfectly.

That servo only has 128oz/in of torque and it still works well. I like the extra speed on the steering too.
