I wrap my reciever and servos in balloons its kind of hard to get on but there pretty much 100 percent water proof. Im pretty sure Proline makes paddle tires for buggys

Make sure that the line on top of the carb, is lined up with the notch inside the carb. if not, its not the exact size of the circle so it wont go in and out just right.
