The Swallow AC/DC and Swallow EQ only has 4 buttons and its pretty much self explanatory....

Dubro don't make a 12mm socket head cap screw. They do make a 10mm (#2123) and a 15mm (#2124). Any good hobby shop will carry the Dubro line.
