Wor, never seen this case before..... Just called SP they say you can just solder the wire directly. But be careful do not short any of the wires. :)

It seems like you center spring is way too hard. I am still working on my setup but talking to some factory SP drivers they recommend run softer rear spring..... something like 2.4-2.5 to get more...

You do not really need a bearing. But need to make sure the spur spin freely on the main shaft or you will have issue with the diff...... Usually we just enlarge the center hole of the spur...

Just get it from the shop you get the car as most shop and the SP own online shop carry the spare parts and options.
