I reamed mine with a HS reamer (over sized a thou in relation to the hinge pins) and a hand drill. The reamer will follow the factory hole without walking enough to cause issue.

Had the same thing happen to my aluminum rack...

Had the same thing happen to my aluminum rack this weekend. I put a couple drops of oil on it and everything freed up. I think a dry PTFE would do the trick or just go back to the stock one.

You can adjust the setting directly on the RS but a hotwire is the only way to fully program the RS. You can download the program from the Tekin website.

Check for any bent hinge pins or shock shafts....

Check for any bent hinge pins or shock shafts. With the shocks off, check for any binding in the suspension arms. The arms should freely move in their entire range.
